WHY THERAPY?

‘Change happens when the pain of staying the same becomes greater than the pain of making the change.’ The choice to begin therapy can be a daunting journey. Becoming healthier is not about reaching the top of the mountain but to be on the path. My passion is creating a safe and non-judgemental environment for you to explore and work through your unique pains that may be limiting you from being your authentic self.

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist near Seattle, Washington. My strong desire to help others is grounded in my value that each person has a unique story to tell and empathy for the struggles you may feel stuck with. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or navigating a difficult time in your life, my passion is to help empower you to overcome obstacles and cultivate a more meaningful life that’s in alignment with your values. We are all in an ongoing process of development and I am excited to help people become more of an expert on themselves and how our experiences, successes and often traumas have shaped us to who we are.
